About 30 years of research experience on various technological and analytical aspects of milk and milk products. Since past 6 years, working on research areas of Functional foods using dairy and non dairy functional ingredients. Availed 3 International Fellowships on merit basis. Carried out research on 6 Institutional projects as Principal Investigator (PI) another 6 as Co PI and 7 sponsored projects. Guided 2 Ph. D. and 12 M. Tech. students for their for their dissertation research work. Presented 15 oral presentations at various forum/ conferences.

  • Availed Australian Endeavour Executive Award at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia in 2010.
  • Laljee Godhoo Samark Nidhi Award in 2001.
